First the model and the damage in the picture
For screen, keyboard or charging problems, the brand name alone is usually not enough. The full model number helps identify the correct version. You can often find it on a sticker underneath the device or in the system information. If you cannot find it, tell us what you do know.
A photo of visible damage and a description of what preceded it help with the initial consultation. Do not share any personal documents or data on the screen. A photo does not replace an investigation and is not yet a definitive quotation.
