For phone and iPhone repairs and iPad repairs, we provide a quote based on the model, the fault and the required parts. The computer and laptop prices above do not automatically apply to phones or tablets.
- All listed private customer prices include VAT.
- Parts are excluded unless the service description explicitly says otherwise.
- You receive a clear quote before work starts.
- We only start work after you approve the quote.
- We never order parts without your permission.
- There is no standard diagnostic fee for ordinary repair requests. Specialist inspections and work outside the active service list are quoted separately in advance.
- Hardware repairs come with a 6-month warranty.
- Prices may change.
- The student discount applies to labour only, not parts or urgent-service costs.
- If you are unsure, we give honest advice on whether repair, upgrade or replacement makes the most sense.
